Once again, I feel that perhaps I’ve been a little neglectful of this blog. I’ve been pretty snowed under with getting Adelaide’s Eat Drink Blog 2012 off the ground, however our fantastic website is up, the program is announced and all sorts of interesting things are in the offing for the first weekend in November.
To help make up for my lack of attention to my readers Everten Online has once again come to my aid and is offering this great prize. For those of you unfamiliar with the wonderful Emile Henry “Flame” range here is a little introduction to it. Made from the same Burgundy clay with which the Henry family of France has been manufacturing high-quality ceramic cookware for over 150 years, anything from the “Flame” range would be an asset to your kitchen. It is stylish, dishwasher-safe, works on gas, charcoal, wood or electric heat sources up to 400ºC and then can go straight to the table. The ceramic glaze prevents sticking, making it easy and quick to clean.
I guess the thing I love most about Emile Henry “Flame” cookware is it’s weight – or lack of it. I have several pieces of enameled cast-iron cook-ware which I love, but they are so heavy – especially the larger pieces. The “Flame” range comes in wonderful colours and performs as well as my lovely enamel ware, but doesn’t strain my wrists!
The prize this time round is a very smart Emile Henry Flame Pizza Stone in black. To enter just share with all of us your favourite gourmet pizza – preferably homemade – in the comments section. There are plenty of options to gain extra chances to win, by following the extra steps below. The competition will run for two weeks from today, so get in for a chance to win!
