		<description>I would love to be able to do something like this.  I love one of the challenges Ramsey does on Hells kitchen where the chefs are blindfolded and have to work out the food! I wish I could do this. Only without Gordon screaming abuse at me lol</description>

		<description>What fun and so educational too! I did a &#039;super taster&#039; test once where we had to dye parts of our tongues blue- a bit weird, but fun :) I was inordinately pleased to be told that I&#039;m one of the select :) 
The better we educate our new chefs, the better they will be when they go out on their own into the industry, great job!</description>

		<description>That must have been such an interesting experience. I know i can always taste sourness a lot more than other people. Sometimes this is quite annoying. Imagine not being able to taste bitterness... not much taste in a big olive oil or hops in a beer or .....</description>

		<description>This is very interesting. I never thought that some people could not taste certain things; bitterness, saltiness etc. I also find the evolution point very interesting as well. I wish I had all those taste receptors; imagine all the flavours!</description>
