Amanda McInerney, of Lambs’ Ears and Honey, is available for writing and recipe development commissions.
I have written content for various food production groups and been a guest of, and covered, all major South Australian food and wine events.
I provide South Australian and Adelaide content for “Tiger Tales” the inflight magazine for Tiger Airlines and also write food/recipe book reviews which are published both on Lambs’ Ears and Honey and on the Australian online bookshop Boomerang Books.
I write this blog without fear or favour. The opinions expressed in it are mine alone and not influenced by advertisers, affiliates, public relation firms, brands, or other individuals. I am very happy to review products if sent to me, but will do so honestly and only if I feel they fit in with the general theme of my blog. I will not do paid product reviews.
If I write about an event, product or book which has been sent or given to me free of charge I will ALWAYS disclose that fact.
