    This sounds great and I will have a go pretty soon…only slight prob my partner can`t eat gluten at the moment so I will need to get around the filo top. I make a similar dish with lots of caramelised lemon and kaffir lime leaves

    Grant – this is a traditional dish and I’m not sure there is a gluten-free alternative to the filo, but your partner should be fine with the chicken (or pigeon, if you decide to be authentic about it) filling.
