Amanda McInerney, of Lambs’ Ears and Honey, is available for writing, recipe development commissions, research projects, public speaking and event management.
She has written content for various food production groups and been a guest of, and covered, all major South Australian food and wine events. Amanda has also worked closely with major brands such as KitchenAid, Campbells, and Breville.
Amanda works extensively with major tourism bodies, including the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC), the Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC), Tourism Whitsundays and Canberra Tourism. She has also worked with various international culinary travel businesses in Italy, Spain and Turkey and European holiday accommodation specialists Go With Oh.
Amanda was co-chair of the organising committee for the national Australian food bloggers conference Eat Drink Blog 2012 and was commissioned by SATC as Program Director for Tasting Australia’s 2014 culinary travel blogging forum, Words To Go, the first Australian food/travel bloggers conference to be imbedded in a state-funded event. She is currently in the planning stages for Words To Go 2016 for next years Tasting Australia.
She writes this blog without fear or favour. The opinions expressed in it are hers alone and not influenced by advertisers, affiliates, public relation firms, brands, or other individuals. She is very happy to review products, but will do so honestly and only if they fit in with the general theme of this blog. She does not write paid product reviews.
If she writes about an event, product or book which has been sent or given free of charge she will ALWAYS disclose that fact. If she likes something she’ll say so, if not she generally prefers to say nothing.
