MERRY XMAS EVERYONE!

24/12/2010 by Amanda

Lamb’s Ears is about to have a tiny, little break – but I will be back in the first week of the new year!
This has been a truly remarkable year for me, setting me on a very steep learning curve, but introducing me to some simply wonderful people – both the chefs and producers I have met along my way and my readers! I would like to thank everyone who has participated by letting me ask questions of them, leaving comments, subscribing or just quietly reading each of my posts this year and wish you all the very best Xmas break and a happy and safe new year!

See you in January!
