As spring turns to summer here in Australia and we begin to anticipate the horrid hot weather, I love to think back to my time on the east coast of Canada, especially Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, during their fall. The areas around Mahone Bay and Lunenberg were the most picturesque I think I’ve ever seen. The houses were gorgeous and everywhere I looked there was something else to photograph. I do hope I get back there one day.

Hotly Spiced
I much prefer the heat to the cold. I would love to visit Nova Scotia as everyone says how busy it is but I think I’d have to visit during it’s warmer months xx

I adored Mahone Bay and Lunenberg! The UNESCO houses were even more beautiful close up than in photos 🙂

Wow! A food/travel bog mentioning Nova Scotia, and Mahone Bay & Lunenburg to boot-the latter my birthplace! A mild 11 degrees C/50 something F! C’mon Global Warming!! Still have 500 tulip and Narcissus bulbs to get planted before the ground freezes! Come to Nova Scotia. Tons of inexpensive seaside resorts/inns/rentals, really friendly people. June-September warmest.
