Merry Christmas 2017 From Lambs’ Ears and Honey

Wishing all of my readers a wonderfully merry Christmas and the most joyous of new years. I’ll be back in early January with a competition – so stay tuned!

merry christmas

It’s time for me to wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy holidays as I wind down the blog for 2017.

I don’t mind saying that, while this year has had plenty of highs, it’s had far too many lows for my liking. There has been much sadness in this house over the last six or seven months, due to the sudden deaths of several dear friends, a couple of whom died in most tragic circumstances, plus the loss of both of our own, elderly, darling dogs. I know I’ve not been as diligent with blog posts this year, but at times it’s been difficult to focus.

I’m ready for a pleasant break with my family, a bit of down time and some indulgent eating – as I’m sure you all are too.

Once again, thank you so much for hanging around with me for another year and I look forward to sharing more of my travel and food adventures with you in 2018.

I’ll be back on deck early in January. You won’t want to miss my first post for 2018 – I’ll be running a competition featuring subscriptions to Eat Your Books for three lucky winners.

Until then I wish you all happy and safe holidays – see you in 2018!
