Wish You Were Here Postcards – Photogenic Florence

16/04/2014 by Amanda

There is so much to love about Italy, but my favourite city really is Florence. It presents the most perfect photo opportunities around almost every corner and this one is no different. I’d just like to thank the very thoughtful person who planted these cyclamens, giving me yet another charming street to snap.

I have not been to FLorence for 28 years and cars were still allowed in the city precinct and the buildings though charming were grubby . I long to return as I just have not seen enough of ITaly.

I can look down that street and come up with 50 scenarios of what’s going on there. Perfect photo!

It’s so beautiful. I just love how old everything is and how through ‘progress’, nothing has changed except there are some motorbikes in the shot! I love the cobblestoned street but it’s so narrow! xx
