    I found your blog interesting. Take a look at some of the recipes at http://www.pepperproject.org. My wife and I have been selling Kampot pepper in the US for a couple years now. We donate the proceeds back to various charities in Cambodia. The krama bags our pepper comes in are made by the young ladies at the Daughters of Cambodia, a group that rescues young men and women from the sex trade in Phnom Penh.
